Information We Collect
When you use our bill checking tool, you enter a reference number to look up your bill. We do not store, log, or retain reference numbers, consumer numbers, or bill details after your session ends. Each lookup is processed in real-time and discarded immediately.
We may collect anonymous usage data through standard web analytics (page views, browser type, device type) to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Cookies

Third-Party Services
Bill lookups may query official utility provider systems (PITC, SNGPL, SSGC, WASA). We do not share your personal information with these providers beyond what is necessary to retrieve your bill. When redirected to official portals (e.g., SSGC), their privacy policies apply.

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. We do not maintain a database of user bill information. Our service is designed to be stateless — no accounts, no stored history.

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
